St George’s Super Yacht Terminal
Bermuda Yacht Services, in partnership with the Corporation of St George, has opened Bermuda’s first mega-yacht facility. The “St George’s Super Yacht Terminal” now provides secure dockage, a dock master and line handlers for super-yachts. “A past concern was providing secure dockage for our larger clients” reports Mark Soares, BYS owner and previous yacht captain. The new Facility in downtown St George can handle yachts of 300’ plus, alongside or stern-to. Yachts may make reservations prior to arrival as well as arrange for duty free fueling at the new facility.
AYSS Superyacht Network

Sailors Rally to Bermuda
The New York Bermuda Cruising Rally returns in late June 2009 and will again headquarter at Bermuda Yacht Services full-service marina in St George’s Harbour. The annual rally is growing and garnering attention, in part due to its famous cruising company, skipper Tania Aebi who is helping lead the rally to Bermuda.
